Frappé with Baileys?!
Haven’t heard that one before, until I came accross frappé the Greek.
I closed a big detail, wanted to celebrate, so I thought I’d give it a try…
Here it is - I thought I’d measure the Bailey’s in a shot glass. As the link suggested, I added the liqueur instead of milk, just before I poured the final water in.
Bailey’s is a creamy drink, so it’s a good addition to a ’sketo’ frappé. It’s got quantities of vanilla, chocolate, caramel and whisky. So it’s going to be a departure from the normal frappé.
The finished article on the left - delicious! I’ll be making lots more of these!
Although it does feel more of a weird cocktail than a coffee drink.
Anyone know what a ‘Cement mixer‘ is?
