How thick should it be?
I’ve always wondered how to ‘Litmus Test’ while making a frappé. Call it quality control.
Here’s the answer:-

You should be able to hold the glass sideways and no water/frothy mixture escapes.

Is that frappe really on its side or just visual illusion? Batman and Robin used to do a similar thing when they climbed up the side of buildings…

we also were thinking about thickness of the foam. If iced cubes fall through foam it is a good sign, if not it means that foam is too much thick and water which will be poured, will not take enough coffee from a foam.
