In answer to your question, I’d say heaped, but it’s a matter of taste (and caffeine intake).

Personally, I use a pint glass and put in 1 heaped table spoon of each…

Try both and let me know what works for you!

Depends which country you’re living in. I’m assuming you’re living in the US.

Have you tried this shop?

Failing that, use a cocktail shaker, it’s an alternative which does the job just as well.

I have searched the internet and cannot find a site that sells frappe shakers or has them in stock. Can you help? The weather is perfect for a frappe and I don’t have a shaker
