He’d use the Mx91 Dynamic Hand Held Mixer or something similar. This machine looks like serious business!
This is for intermediaries like myself - for beginners, you need to start with the frappé shaker.
The Dynamix drinks mixer is what I use everyday. It’s pretty versatile and easy to clean, only requiring a quick rinse after use.
This is the most basic tool of all. Should someone begin to seriously take up making frappé on a regular basis, the shaker is ‘level 1′.
In order to appreciate the subtleties of making frappé. Yes, it’s labour-intensive since you have to stand there shaking the damn thing for a good 30 seconds or so before you get any results.
