frappe a day

Something extra frothy today. Definitely shaken - no ice cubes, though, November doesn’t really call for it.

Well, it’s nice to be back in control! After wondering in the wilderness for about 2 months normality has returned.

Does autumn mean that the frappé season is over? Is it only a summer drink?

Wednesday’s frappé. Looks like this is the last day. Tomorrow I fly to the UK for about 3 months. I’m packing my shaker - don’t think you can take frappé mixers on a plane - it could get in the hands of the wrong people.

So… thought I’d go to my favourite café for one last time.

Thursday’s frappé. Well, here it is. Direct to you from Athens airport, 6 o’clock in the morning!

Purchased a wireless card, snapped the hapless frappé with a mobile phone camera and sent it to the laptop via bluetooth. All done without running out of battery power. Amazing.

Too bad the frappé wasn’t very impressive, though.

Tuesday’s frappé. Another bit of coffee-bean decoration. It’s a nice touch and I must admit, adds a little more taste to the experience. You should try it sometime.

I’m toying with the idea of getting espresso beans, for that extra, subtle kick.

Monday’s frappé. Nice bit of foam there, the condensed-milk has settled down and it’s ready to be consumed. Lovely.

Sunday’s frappé. Frappé in a beer mug, what better combination?!

Saturday’s frappé. Another home-made object of desire. I’ll try and have only one cigarette with this one… Trying to cut down on the ‘death sticks’.

Friday’s frappé. One of the computers is fried. I didn’t spill frappé on it, honnest guv.

Looks like a new motherboard. Oh well, at least it gave 4 yrs of happy computing in its small life.
